The Council and our federate, Healing for Change “Little Stars Playhouse”are joining the Manitoba Child Care Coalition of Manitoba Rally at Manitoba Legislature on November 26 at 10 a.m. We need more child care spaces in the City of Winnipeg and the province, Manitoba created only 3,400 spaces. Dept. of Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care agreement told the Federal Government they would create 23,000 child care spaces.

Expansion has been horribly slow, We need a better model for development and delivery. There has been very little public engagement!
